- Bourbon 2 Oz.
- Egg 1
- Superfine Sugar 1 Tsp.
- Light Cream 1/2 Oz.
- Grated Nutmeg 1/8 Tsp.
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
