Bourbon 2 Oz.

Egg 1

Superfine Sugar 1 Tsp.

Light Cream 1/2 Oz.

Grated Nutmeg 1/8 Tsp.

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
